Frequently Asked Questions About Our Window Service

You can find Renewal by Andersen® brand in almost every home in America. With such expertise and reputation, you may be wondering about our process of installing replacement windows and the products we carry.

We have the answers to the most common questions homeowners can ask before signing up for our services. Our goal is to provide you with information so you can make a viable choice when choosing new windows for your home.

When Do I Need to Replace My Windows?

Your window should be both low maintenance and energy efficient. If your windows fail to make your home comfortable, it’s time to find a reliable window contractor for a professional replacement.

How Much Will It Cost for a Window Installation?

Several factors influence the final price, such as the style and construction of your windows, exterior trim condition, color and grids. For your peace of mind, we offer a free in-home consultation where we will conduct a through window assessment, followed by reasonably priced recommendations that will fit your budget.

Can I Just Buy Windows From You and Then Install Them Myself?

No. Proper window installation is important for your windows to be fully effective. That is why all our products can only be installed by our professional team. We want to make sure that each detail is perfectly done so your new windows can optimally perform.

How Does Your Warranty Work?

Our windows come with a limited lifetime warranty. This is a fully transferable warranty covering labor, parts and installation services. For our glass packages, we offer 20 years of coverage and 2 years for installation. For components other than glass, we provide a 10-year limited warranty. This includes the hardware and our Fibrex® frames.
